We provide a detailed inspection report which explain in details the property condition and the problems that would require major and costly repairs. The inspection report will allow you to see the work to be done and you could, if necessary, renegotiate your offer or require that work be performed by the seller, prior to purchase. Your report will be completed within 48 hours.

During the home inspection, we recommend that you be present so you can be informed about the condition of the property while having the opportunity to ask all your questions. Furthermore, it is advantageous for the seller to also be present during the home inspection, since he can tell you all about the renovations that have been done on the house over the years. The seller must complete the vendor declaration, which confirms many aspects of the condition of the property. He can also answer any additional questions that comes to mind.

Before the home inspection, we demand that you identify any furniture, plants, soil, snow, ice or debris that could reduce access or impair visibility to certain areas to be inspected. Pay special attention to the attic hatch and be sure that the crawl spaces are free.
